Mandich Real Estate Advisors originally began with transacting and acquiring commercial and industrial Real Estate in South Florida on behalf of our Real Estate holdings company.Our goal from the very beginning was to acquire and transact commercial and Industrial Real Estate in the effort to expand our personal and private portfolio. Since that time, we have developed another facet of our company that includes brokerage, investment, consulting and property management.The goal for Mandich Real Estate Advisors is to expand and become the premiere Industrial and commercial Real Estate broker spanning from South Florida to the North East U.S

He is a founding partner and combines a long history of working with leaders in many fields to create value. Michael combines a resourceful energy and attention to detail to create upside for our business partners, investors and the communities served. He has over 18 years of experience in a management position and has been an active real estate investor over that span of time. His day to day functions include sourcing investments, acquisition, investor relations, legal, financial management, underwriting, strategy and leading a great team. The Mandich Group has focused its investment strategy on acquiring Industrial Cold Storage assets and has completed over 2,500,000 sq/ft of purchases in the last four years. Michael served as the CEO of the Dolphins Cancer Challenge for five years raising sponsorship and fundraising over 600% during his tenure. When Michael started as the CEO it was coming off of a year raising $1,070,000. During the most recent year fundraising $6 Million and has for the last four years been the largest fundraiser in the NFL. His role consisted of building a dedicated team, fundraising, marketing, public relations, planning and sponsorship which helped raise millions of dollars for cancer research. In five years his leadership was instrumental in raising over $22.5 million for Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. Michael is a member of the Orange Bowl Committee.Michael graduated from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor in 2005 and was a letterman on UM’s Football team. During his career he won Two Big Ten Championships and played in two Rose Bowl’s. He enjoys an active lifestyle for which he completed an Ironman, Several Ironman 70.3’s, Marathon’s and Half Marathon’s.He is married to a great woman in Christina with a young son Thomas and daughter Elizabeth.

The Mad Dog Mandich Fishing Classic is a funfish fishing tournament from novice to professional. Currently we manage 2 fishing tournaments under this name with Miami Beach and The Florida Keys being the locations. Last year we donated over $40,000 to local charities. With our host Jim Mandich we strive to put on an entertaining and memorable event. Publix became our Title Sponsor with the belief that we can make an impact in the South Florida community.

My role as the CEO of the Dolphins Cancer Challenge is to build a dedicated team to ensure a great event that will raise millions of dollars for Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. I currently oversee sponsorship, budget, fundraising, fulfillment, experience, marketing, public relations and head cheerleader. Since the events inception the DCC has raised over $22.5 Million for lifesaving cancer research and having the distinction of the single largest NFL event fundraiser.Launched in 2010, the Dolphins Cancer Challenge (“DCC”) is a year round series of events with the sole purpose of raising critical funds for cancer research at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. In 2016, DCC VI raised $5,064,381 million for Sylvester, further cementing the connection this event has with the South Florida community. Rides begin in Miami-Dade at Hard Rock Stadium, Ft. Lauderdale and in Palm Beach with DCC VII taking place February 10 & 11, 2017. Along each route, water stops will be located approximately every 15-20 miles, with food, beverages, entertainment, restroom facilities, medical treatment and mechanical assistance available for riders.The check represents 100% of all rider raised funds will be presented to Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.
