General works include design or design verification of concrete, steel, and composite structural elements based on the changes made from the original design due to the development of the project. Other works include design review of post tension slabs, strengthening design of existing structural members, and preparing final structural analysis model of the project in ETABS and SAFE.• Assigned as the primary structural design engineer handling the project: Beach Hotel Development – Alfardan Hotels & Resorts, at Muscat – Oman. The project consisted of approximately 45000 square meters of site area with 2 main buildings of 5 to 6 levels with one level basement under the two main buildings that extend to the whole site area. General works include design, value engineering design, or design verification of concrete elements based on the changes made from the original design due to the development of the project. Other works include design and design review of post tension slabs.• Provides complete structural analysis and design or design verification for various concrete and steel structures (pump station structures, underground concrete chambers and tanks, steel sheds, steel platforms, steel pipe racks). • Involvement in value engineering design for various concrete and steel framed buildings.• Provides complete analysis and design for geotechnical projects (open excavation slope stability and temporary shoring design for deep excavations).
