I strive to support systems and teams with project management and operations support so that they can do the hard work of helping patients receive the best care and experience the best outcomes possible. I enjoy finding creative, effective, and efficient solutions to problems small and large. I hope to see my work continue to improve the lives of patients by helping care systems break down barriers to access, provide equitable care, and implement solutions that improve outcomes. I feel that starting my career in direct service work, working in the community to support vulnerable patients experiencing chronic mental illness compounded with multiple social determinants, provided me with a strong sense of the value of efficient systems and the harms of inefficient or ineffective systems, policies, and programs. These experiences drive the actions I take when managing projects, brainstorming operational solutions, and developing tools to help improve access, outcomes, and equity.
