My Practice is focused primarily on healthcare litigation. I have more than 25 years’ experience representing clients in healthcare fraud, abuse, and compliance matters, in privacy matters, and in other healthcare regulatory proceedings. My clients include companies in the supply chain for drugs and devices such as drug and device manufactures, drug wholesalers, and a wide variety of pharmacies; provider entities such as hospitals, health systems, clinical laboratories, and diagnostic imaging centers; payer entities such as pharmacy benefits managers, and health plans; and medical technology companies. I routinely represent clients in state and federal courts and before state and federal regulatory and law enforcement authorities including the Department of Justice, United States Attorney’s offices, State Attorneys General offices, Center For Medicare & Medicaid Services, and the Office of Inspector General for the Dept of Health & Human Services. In the last 10 years, I bave been lead counsel in over two dozen Federal and State False Claims Act cases and related investigations. I also regularly advise clients in connection with internal investigations, self-disclosures, and payer audits.
