I am always looking to further my career by utilising my experiences both with parents, players, and colleges within a challenging environment of talent ID.Football achievements:I am proud of all my achievements to date in football, from having my first player signed into the academy in 2010 and the subsequent 50 plus players signed by Southend United, then seeing young men offered Scholars, then playing in the U23 development squad and then the 1st team, also with players going of the represent England, Wales and Northern Ireland on international duty. My process is to be able to offer a player the best opportunity to play at the highest level and be successful.
