Michael A. Margolis, R.Ph., is Oppenheimer’s senior managing director, head of healthcare investment banking. Michael has more than 25 years’ experience in the life sciences sector with over 18 years as an investment banker. Prior to joining Oppenheimer, Michael served as the head of healthcare investment banking at Roth Capital Partners and as a managing director at Merriman Curhan Ford Group. Before becoming an Investment Banker, Michael worked in the pharmaceutical industry with several roles at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, including as a director in the Global Business Development and Licensing group, and at Eli Lilly as a senior pharmaceutical representative. He also served as a buy-side equity research analyst at Ursus Capital.
