Focus Area: Mergers and AcquisitionsI serve as co-chair of Benesch's Corporate & Securities Practice Group and as a member of the firm's Executive Committee. My practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures for a wide range of companies and industries. My experience with private equity funds helps me assist my clients in capital formation matters, including venture and mezzanine capital financings. My clients also rely on me to provide day-to-day counseling on a full range of corporate and private equity topics and I regularly negotiate and draft all types of commercial contractual arrangements.I serve and have served on the board of directors and as corporate secretary for many privately-held companies. I am also an Advisory Board Member for Evolution Capital Partners.I am a member of the Cleveland Development Board for Miami University and also served on the Advancement Council for The University of Akron College of Business Administration for many years.
