Through my 20 years of experience in Early Intervention I support all Departments from recruitment through billing. Developing new strategies to make staff more effective.

• Oversee all business and administrative aspects of state’s early intervention services program.
• Developed and implement all operational and administrative policies and procedures.
• Investigate and recruit new special educators, speech, occupational therapy, and physical therapy clinicians in order to fulfill increasing number of awarded contracts. Developed and manage ongoing recruitment drives.
• Provide administrative management for 1000 clinicians and staffing departments.
• Monitor all program and clinician activities to ensure compliance with all company and government guidelines, as well as maintaining highest levels of customer service.
• Self-taught on all aspects NYEIS (New York Early Intervention System) and trained all staff utilizing same.

• Oversee all business and administrative aspects of state’s largest intervention services program.
• Designed and established new service division covering all five boroughs of Manhattan.
• Developed and implemented all operational and administrative policies and procedures.
• Formulated and introduced new business development strategies resulting in growth of program to present position of holding 20% of overall market share.
• Increased case load from 600 to more than 1,500 cases, and annual visits from 130,000 in 2000 to anticipated 156,000 in 2001.
• Grew annual revenue to more than $13 million.
