I am a graduate from the University of Iowa, with a Bachelor's degree in Informatics and a minor in Economics through the Tippie College of Business. I am currently working in the cyber security industry looking for opportunities to enhance and develop my skill set.I have been interested in cyber security from a young age. I began my exploration with offensive security and penetration testing. I took courses in college related to networking and security and it further solidified my interest. I have since moved to blue teaming and threat research. I started working as a security professional in 2019, shortly after leaving the University of Iowa.As a security professional concentrating on threat intelligence and analysis, I've been excited to learn the patterns and methodology of cyber threat groups. Working for a large company like OCC, there are many opportunities to investigate potential threats and prevent them from happening. Processing that information and responding to nefarious activity in real time has expedited my growth and expanded my skill set.
