Manage multiple sustainment requirements for international missile defense programs at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems. Accountable for the successful execution and business growth of all program related deliverables and services. Support program activities in the planning, execution, and monitoring of performance, along with the growth of the sustainment business.

Manage program activities required to stand up full organic depot repair capability for a major US Army sensor program. Maintain program performance to cost and schedule from planning through execution. Interface with customer, depot management, and suppliers to ensure on time delivery and conformance to contractual requirements

Manage multiple mission support activities for US Navy and FMS customers. Maintain solid lines of communication through customer interface with customer program offices, field activities, and foreign government liaison offices. Manage supplier activity to ensure long-term supportability for customer and depot requirements. Oversee personnel and budget required for field support and test activities.

Provide customer support for all aspects of USAF mission for programs across multiple product directorates and divisions including Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C3ISR), Special Operations Forces (SOF), Avionics Systems, and Electronic Warfare, and Missiles/Ordnance Systems. Serve as the primary point of contact between customer organizations and all six Raytheon business units. Interface with key customer personnel on current and emerging requirements. Organize meetings with customer leadership and Raytheon management. Plan and execute Raytheon portfolio reviews with senior leadership. Streamline complex customer issues and competitive intelligence into manageable business development information. Assist with coordination of support activities between material management, depot, field, and the factory. Work directly with multiple customers on sustainment issues, development of solutions to meet new requirements, contracts, and problem resolution.

Provide engineering and logistics support relative to Raytheon’s Electro-Optical and Radar activities for Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) programs at the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center and user locations worldwide. Manage the Raytheon team on-site and in the field providing USAF and FMS customers with all aspects of mission support. Frequent travel to work with users worldwide as well as vendors and associate contractors to provide rapid-response mission support solutions.
