As Division Vice President, responsible for the strategic expansion of the AAA-ICDR dispute resolution services worldwide, highlighting the AAA-ICDR’s experience and reputation as the industry leader in providing fair, efficient, and effective dispute resolution services. Along with a team of Vice Presidents, consults with various industries to educate and expand the use of alternative dispute resolution. Also continues to serve as liaison to the AAA’s National Construction Dispute Resolution Committee (NCDRC). In this capacity, assists the corporate, legal and public sector communities in educating them on the various construction industry dispute avoidance and resolution techniques and in designing dispute resolution systems to meet their specific needs.

As Vice President Construction Division, responsibilities include managing the association’s largest commercial business. National responsibility includes managing and developing business with national construction associations with focus on selling dispute resolution services to the industry through placement in standard form contracts. As a division executive, work directly with senior vice president to develop marketing strategies and goals. Responsibilities also include developing and marketing national and regional education programs for both outside and in-house counsel/business professionals in an effort to educate the industry on AAA services and uncover leads for further development. On a regional basis, prospect for and meet with potential clients to develop relationship and consult on dispute resolution strategy in an effort to increase revenue.
