When covid started I decided I wanted to build something rather than sit around and play video games. With no prior experience, I bought a non-operable 1970 Volkswagen to repair sell for a profit of $2000. After that, I took on 3 other vehicles where I learned many of my skills and talents which were directly applicable to future internships. Such skills included, tig and mig welding, sand blasting, paint and detailing, and basic shop equipment including CNC machining. Besides these skills, this experience changed the way I view many challenges I have faced by teaching me the value of proper planning, execution, and most importantly patience. • Designed and tested drilling equipment using SolidWorks and Ansys. • Designed 5 different protypes of 4140 drilling bits to withstand daily CNC operations with SolidWorks.• Raised $25,000 in sales by evaluating 2 years' worth of sales performance in excel worksheets. By doing this, I gave recommendations for future production strategies which resulted in a bulk sale of $25,000.

Stationed to a $10 million dollar oil/gas production facility. This facility was operated and maintained by my team and our superintendent. I was tasked to oversee the production of oil from our facility. Responsibilities:• Led a team of 4 to complete daily tasks.• Repaired company vehicles and machinery• Assembled new oil pipelines• Designed couplings for pipelines using CAD software (SolidWorks) and virtually tested with Ansys.
