Currently I am an account manager for the Pacific Northwest Territory at Cascade Orthopedic Supply. My technical background allows me to provide my accounts customized solutions to fabrication issues, increase patient outcomes, and cost saving opportunities. My involvement in the field of orthotics and prosthetics started at the most introductory place as a plaster foot mold technician. My interest in the field grew as did my ability to fabricate more complicated medical devices. I am ABC certified as a prosthetic technician. I oversaw a lab that manufactures products for five practitioners, three offices, in two states. My integral contribution to developing a new prosthetic devices led to creation of a new trans-femoral (AK) socket patent.
