Manage Retail, Wareouse, Donations, and Production in 150,000 square foot facility. Over 70 employees in total spread out through all 4 departments. I manage 9 Supervisors, a Warehouse Assistant Manager and Outlet Assistant Manager. I oversee and manage facility safety, incident reporting, report maintenance needs, overall quality of production, ensure quality customer service is provided, ensure quality training is provided in all positions, employee intervention, evaluations, enforce disciplinary procedures, as well as many more responsibilities. I also have 3 years of forklift experience within a warehouse setting.
