Responsible for Investment Analysis in the North West province

The core responsibilities within the CFO role included the following• Member of the Executive Operations Committee.• Business Planning: strategic planning & management, key performance output monitoring and reporting.• Financial Management: Budgeting & Control, Financial Analysis & Monitoring, Asset Management and Cash flow Management.• Human Resource Management: Recruitment, skills development, staff well being and Payroll management within Finance• Project Management: Managing Project donor funds, project implementation and reporting.• Policy development: Drafting of financial, administrative and human resource policies and procedures for the Finance division.• External Reporting: Reporting to the Presidency, Parliament report presentation and Annual Financial Reports.

Responsible for Financial Accounting and Reporting, reporting to the CFO who in turns reports to the CEO
