With over 12 years of experience in strategic initiatives and business development, within the post secondary system in Edmonton, Alberta, I am currently a Program Manager at techNL responsible for the success of a 2 year $32 million, 3,700 learner project, a non-profit organization that supports the growth and development of the technology sector in Newfoundland and Labrador. In my current role, I manage the Find Your Future in Tech program, which aims to increase the participation and retention of underrepresented groups in the tech industry. I also served techNL as an Ecosystem Engagement Consultant, where I fostered relationships and collaborations with various stakeholders, such as employers, educators, government, and community organizations, to advance the tech ecosystem in the province. Some of my core competencies include workshop facilitation, process improvement, project management, training partner performance and success, and people management.
