With over 12 years of experience in strategic initiatives and business development, within the post secondary system in Edmonton, Alberta, I am currently a Program Manager at techNL responsible for the success of a 2 year $32 million, 3,700 learner project, a non-profit organization that supports the growth and development of the technology sector in Newfoundland and Labrador. In my current role, I manage the Find Your Future in Tech program, which aims to increase the participation and retention of underrepresented groups in the tech industry. I also served techNL as an Ecosystem Engagement Consultant, where I fostered relationships and collaborations with various stakeholders, such as employers, educators, government, and community organizations, to advance the tech ecosystem in the province.
