I manage our online accounts and profiles and build out our new websites. I also am in charge of our sales floor making sure that our numbers stay of above our projected weekly goals.

I head up the Retention department and my general duties include:-managing retention and loyalty efforts through online marketing channels and campaigns from ideation, execution, effectiveness and optimization of all customers.-Intimate knowledge of retention channels and programs (email marketing, VIP/rewards, social media, SEO, website marketing, surveys, etc.) used to increase retention.-Quantitative analytical and modeling skills with marketing programs to drive constant improvements-Managing multiple time-sensitive projects and personalities in cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product managers, engineers, customer support, executives and others)On the ground, I manage retention and engagement programs including:Email campaign process, including planning, content, segmentation, deployment, reporting, testing, and optimization to drive customer retention and spendAlso develop and implement other channel strategies related to retention including social media, rewards / VIP programs, SEO improvements and other ideas to increase customer loyaltyManage data including segmentation, reporting, testing and optimization as well asCAN-SPAM and retention best practicesIdentifying and manage tools, platforms, and resource requirements
