- Reduced our late delivery penalties 20% to our overseas customers by combing through the contracts to quote more accurate deliveries and to push all functional groups within the company to understand their requirements and push them to finish their requirements on time.- Reviewed weekly upcoming shipments with our transportation department so it was clear as to the shipping requirements for each machine and for overseas shipments it was imperative to discuss sizes and weights of equipment along with shipping schedules from East Coast ports and what was required in each contract.- Reviewed overseas forecasts with our overseas business units in China, U.K., South Africa and Australia weekly and if issues with deliveries, we review what the customer is requiring and with this information I get back with our functional groups to drive for any improvements that can be made to deliveries.- Interactive in monthly S&OP planning sessions reviewing long term sales forecasting data and recommending increases or reductions in capacity levels in our service centers for the several products that we produced out of our U.S. facilities.

- Drove for accurate quotes and orders by managing 4 Contract Managers and 2 support staff to reduce the lead time of receipt of quotes or orders through to Engineering to increase the amount of time to be able to manufacture this equipment.- Introduced change management and trained the contract managers on the change process and the need to act quickly on change but to also to cover all functional areas when processing requested changes to make sure additional costs in Engineering, manufacturing or supply chain parts are captured and passed on to the customer so as not to reduced gross margins on the equipment.- Created and maintaining pricing within our SAP production system.- Delivered equipment within our SAP system to finalize pricing before sending the final data onto Accounting for them to create the final invoice to the customer.- Defined capacities in reviews with our service centers within the U.S. and placed equipment orders according to those defined capacities.- Pushed all functional areas within the company to drive our On-Time delivery percentage to our customers to 90% by understanding why things have changed and following up with corrective actions that need to be defined to improve any issues that come up daily.

- Worked with Sales and Engineering to review machine specifications for all equipment that was built in the U.S.- Worked with SAP databases configuring part sales orders for Engineering and machine pricing check lists for Sales.
