Michael is responsible for managing schedule, safety, and quality control throughout the project. He has proven to be instrumental in developing safety cultures, streamline schedules, and minimal punch list projects throughout his career. He assists the Project Manager in cost updates, budgeting, and labor and material tracking throughout the project. Michael's track record of responsiblity for subcontractor management and continuos coordination with architects/ engineers/ inspectors/ owners has led to many successful projects.Michael has experience building large civil projects, such as golf courses throughout the country. He also has several ground-up building projects ranging from 2 to 8 stories. Michael has also been involved in interior finish and exterior reclad projects in the downtown Denver area. Michael has spent time in the office preparing estimates, working with Precon, and managing submittals. This overall experience in a wide range of capacities is why Michael is so valuable to his company and peers.
