As the SEL/PBIS District Coordinator at St. Cloud Area School District 742, I am responsible for coordinating and implementing social emotional learning practices and strategies across the district. I have been in this role for over a year and a half, after working as a Social Emotional Learning Coach for two years at the same district. I have a strong background in educational leadership, with a master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and a current enrollment in an Educational Specialist program with a K-12 Principal Licensure.My passion is to foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students and staff, where they can develop the skills and mindsets to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I am an advocate for culturally and linguistically responsive teaching, and I have successfully implemented restorative practices and PBIS frameworks in various schools. I also collaborate with teachers, administrators, and community partners to provide professional development, coaching, and resources on SEL and PBIS. My goal is to empower students and staff to achieve their full potential and contribute to the district's vision and mission.
