Worked at Bissell Incorporated for Thirty four years. Started career servicing production lines with hilo service for seven years. Promoted to receiving/office department duties for 5 years. Transitioned to shipping department loading/unloading trucks for seven years. Promoted to distribution team manager for two years before manufacturing outsourced to Mexico/China. After outsourcing, transferred to front office in distribution as distribution analyst for one year. Promoted to role as senior transportation coordinator Managed all Full TL's-LTL's and small parcels at two 3PL's located in Richmond, VA and Savannah, GA. Maintained 95% on time delivery shipping over 5 million US$ per day. Maintained constant communication between all fleet managers and warehouse operation managers, outbound and inbound shipping-receiving. Managed reverse logistics, online tracking via Oracle OTM portal, seg and sort facilities across the US. Retired from Bissell in January 2020.
