With a decade of experience in the automotive industry, I am a passionate and driven Account Executive at Lightspeed DMS, a leading provider of dealer management software. In this role, I work with a diverse portfolio of clients, from small independent dealers to large national groups, to help them optimize their operations, increase their profitability, and enhance their customer loyalty. I leverage my expertise in automotive finance, sales, negotiation, and customer service to identify their needs, demonstrate the value of our solutions, and close deals. I also provide ongoing support, training, and feedback to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Previously, I was a Sales Manager at Hendrick Automotive Group, where I led a team of 15 sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets, while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Before that, I was a Finance Manager and a Car Sales Specialist at Group 1 Automotive, where I gained valuable experience in financing, leasing, insurance, and warranty products and services. I am motivated by the mission of Lightspeed DMS to empower dealers with innovative and user-friendly software that helps them grow their business and delight their customers.
