  I started with P.P.G. literally on the ground floor. As a machine operator, I learned what it takes to make high quality product.As a Lead Hand, and later, Supervisor I learned the complexities of of production control.As a Training Team Leader, I have vetted scores of applicants, and provided council to our craftsmen (the later service continues to this day).As the Quality Coordinator, I administrate the the Q.M.S. documentation as well as maintain the calibration system to maintain our ISO status.I officiate our R.C.C.A. compliance.
