•Ability to support all functions handled in the Business Finance Operations Team (BFO), including RYLs and Retail RYLs, Profile Creation/Updates, Business Discounts and Inquiries.•Ability to research issues to analyze business situations and provide recommendations incorporating both customer and compliance point of view. •Ability to navigate in Work Flow Manager (WFM) in relation to all functions of the Business Finance Operations (BFO). •Utilize systems such as EWI/ECPD, Work Flow Manager (WFM), ACSS, Netace and OneSource to process requests received in Business Finance Operations (BFO). •Ensure documents received when processing requests are compliant with BFO and VZW compliance requirements prior to completion. •Troubleshoot and cross-reference WFM requests based on information provided to ensure resolution. •Ability to adapt to performance measurements for functions being handled in Business Finance Operations (BFO). •Ability to manage Service Level response times and resolving escalated and/or urgent issues. •Proactively identify trends and make recommendations to streamline processes and procedures via process improvements.

•Provides exceptional customer service to individuals visiting the Verizon Wireless store, including greeting customers and assessing their needs. •Exhibits quality customer service from greeting point through departure; ensuring that all aspects of a customers needs are met and that every customer has a positive experience. •Answers phones and responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner. •Other duties include service activations, processing ESN (electronic serial number) changes and bill payments, responding to billing inquiries, equipment replacement, and processing price plan changes and upgrades. •Ensures that all appropriate documentation and data entry is complete. •Assists in the administrative functions of the store, including cash management and asset protection of store inventory. •Reconciles cash (bank deposit, safe fund/till fund, daily financial transactions) and follow bank deposit procedures. Performs reporting functions as required. •Individual may sell phones and accessories in the event of high store volume or absence of sales representative.
