I am responsible for helping our members with a wide variety of situations. This could be adding a new baby to a member's policy, talking a member through the process to claim for an appointment, discussing payment options, giving information on what options are available for alternative therapies or helping someone who's about to have surgery better.

• In Permanent TSB my role is to negotiate and create individual payment arrangements on outstanding customer mortgage, visa and term loan arrears accounts through empathic inbound and outbound call handling.Key.
• Conduct inbound and outbound telephone activity on customer arrears portfolios
• Gather information from customers to validate repayment offers
• Negotiate the required repayment plan to settle the outstanding balance/arrears.
• Meet individual performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Review; maintain; accurately update and amend account records on the Company’s collection systems

In my position here I deal with the company`s clients and provide advice and support over the phone. I have gained a lot of experience in this company In many areas which has resulted in me learning to have a high level of customer care skills. I use a number of databases such as Securus and Salesforce.

I delegated duties to other staff, ensured a smooth run of the night club, stock ordering, supervised the bars, banked the takings, motivated staff, prepared the staff rosters and also promotional work

At this position I delegated duties to the members of staff to ensure a smooth and efficient run of the bar. On a weekly basis I completed large order for stock to be prepared for busy nights. Change orders and staff training was also a part of my role as assistant manager
