Transitioning into purchasing, I managed direct and indirect spend exceeding $300M, consistently exceeding savings and delivery goals. My role in project management allowed me to significantly reduce inventory carrying costs by over $19M in one year and accelerate new product launches, showcasing my ability to lead and innovate.In January 2021, I took on a new challenge at Solvay's Augusta, GA site as a Purchasing Manager. There, I developed a new purchasing program and cultivated a culture of responsible spending. As Solvay transitioned into Syensqo, I moved into the energy management team, where I currently support contract negotiations, explore innovative sourcing options, and implement top-tier cost management strategies for more than 20 sites across North America.My career is a testament to my passion for excellence in supply chain management and my commitment to sustainable and strategic procurement practices.
