Lead for Diverse Communities - Over 8 years I guided the leaders of the IICSA (a national, multi-location organisation of more than 250 staff) in imagining, devising and delivering an Inclusion agenda. • devised and delivered Diverse Communities engagement project aimed at raising awareness of IICSA work in communities with protected characteristics.• using stakeholder engagement, collaborative design and insight based in my own protected characteristics, I increased awareness of the IICSA Truth Project to16% in BAME audiences and 19% among LGBTQ+ vs 11% among the general population. • guided direction and construction of national communications strategies and messages to reach minority audiences.Key achievements:• Increased ethnic minority participation from 2–10% and LGBTQ+ participation from 4–13%• Designed and delivered a service version in British Sign Language• augmented assistance and support to meet needs of neurodiversity• created opportunities for project participation in prisons, in homeless accommodation, through sex work support organisations and at residential addiction treatment facilities.Head of Inquiry Office (London and SE England) - this role (delivered simultaneously with that above) concentrated on the effective delivery of Truth Project sessions• strategic development, operational delivery, stakeholder engagement and people management that resulted in highest customer acquisition in the regional structure.• key operational deliverables included management and development of a team of 12; process and change management; contract management; stakeholder engagement.

I was one of a Consultative Panel of eight members to the Inquiry. The primary task of this group was to design safe and effective processes for victims and survivors to participate in the disparate activities of the Inquiry. Work included contributing to the design of sector-wide partnership and engagement processes and ongoing support for those choosing to engage with Inquiry activities. The group also exists to hold the Inquiry to account in its engagement with, and representation of, victims and survivors of child sexual abuse from all communities. I authored the terms of reference for this groups and the strategic work plan that codified and captures its work.
