Currently in charge of all tender submissions.I also need to stay on top of works completed on site for progress claims and variations to contracts.Source new suppliers for competitive pricing as well as creating and maintaining good working relationships, which are beneficial for all parties.In the back ground I am trying to go through previous jobs to create a pricebook for a quicker, more standard means of estimating.

In charge of estimating and scheduling, including procurement and specification updates.Liaising with the Construction Manager to discuss build techniques for each job and working out which would suit each build on a job by job basis.

I recently got asked to move into the Contracts Administration team to help improve the quality of the documents coming out. I am checking final documents (plans against addenda and pricing schedule) to make sure everything corresponds to each other before going to site. I have also been asked to check all contract variations to make sure that the wording is relative to what the client is after, then allocating out to the estimators. This is an attempt to help the NHL/Prestart consultants to improve their variation writing making it easier for all the following people to understand. Recently finished working on auditing our Base models making sure that the Estimate and the Schedule match and that neither are missing anything. I am also doing research and development into new building techniques for the company.

I was asked to do some scheduling here at Plunkett and to try and while there maintain contact with estimating to bring our Estimating and Scheduling more in line with each other.

I did most of the transmittal for new homes, did take offs and prepared trade summaries for first home buyer homes through to 2 story homes.Included in my role was pricing up variations to drawings for both pre-contract and contract pricing.
