• Managed diverse group of individuals through WMS systems that spanned an entire shift. Receivers, transporters, machine stock let down and machine stock put away.
• Achieved all 2012 metrics including coming in under budget and better than prior in overtime expense( 6.2%and 8.8% respectively) while increasing overall work output
• Used continuous improvement and lean concepts to align a second shift with current 1st shift to decrease overtime expenditures while increasing capacity.
