Project Description:• Construction and Upgrading of Infrastructure of Al Muntazah Street Extension• Client: Public Works Authority (Ashghal)• Contact Value: Qr 2.3 Billion• Project Start Date: July 2012Duties/Responsibilities:• Quality Control in charge utility facility (Treated Sewer Effluent, Storm Water line, Potable Water Line, Micro Tunneling, Electrical and communication ducts.• Conduct Hydro test of pipe lines.• Insuring work has done with proper inspection as per approved inspection test plan, method statement and project specification.• Inspection of electrical and instrument duct and verification of exact location with approved reference drawing.• Randomly conduct surveillance inspection at site for all materials to be used particularly to the permanent materials.• Issuance to issue PAR (Preventive Action Report), CAR (Corrective Action Report) and NCR (Non Conformance Report) to any activities not acceptable at site.• Finalized quality control documentation which includes inspection checklist, material approval instrument, calibration certificate, material test and durability report.• Regularly conduct quality tool box meeting with the construction in charge and workers just to maintain or improve the work activity output imposing.• Strict implementation of quality procedures without jeopardizing safety and project cost.
