Technical Support Specialist 3 I was responsible for the coordination and implementation of Statement project initiatives. On a daily basis I represented management in project meetings and on conference calls to ensure the adherence to processing timeframes. This required me to maintain professional telephone skills and etiquette. Also, this required me to maintain lasting business relationships with various vendors. Within this role I coordinated the shipment of all related product to Citibank sites as needed. I also maintained a leadership role in development, testing, implementation, and documentation of new forms, processes and systems, change control, testing, problem resolution, and quality testing of products and processes. I routinely manage complex machine configuration and setup in support of multiple products and processes. In addition, I support the Records Management Self-Assessment process (RCSA), CoB, Record Retention, AML, all other Compliance duties. I am the subject matter expert to department employees and train/mentor new team members.

As a Business Control Specialist I managed all areas of Compliance, CoB, Record Retention, Anti-Money Laundering Training and Department Self-Assessment testing to support the achievement of our departmental, division, and corporate level compliance goals in Statements Nevada. I supervise and coach testers in auditing within the department to ensure compliance with applicable, governance, laws, regulations and departmental policies. The audit findings are analyzed and presented to senior management for review and further adherence to our SOX documents. Within my CoB responsibilities I maintain and test our Business Recovery plan and Business Impact Analysis.

As a Production Control Specialist I demonstrated the ability manage workflow and provide support to Insertion Operators. I also reconciled statement insertion output with printed input on Utility products. Monitor daily volume reports to ensure statements and letters are mailed within timeliness standards. Provided training and collaborated with Insertion Operators on problem identification/resolution and processing procedures. Quality checked outgoing mail processed to verify proper insertion of legal and marketing materials. I monitored InSite tracking system to ensure Select files/Regen lists are created and all reprints were processed within timeliness. Provide written and verbal updates to management regarding production status/issues and timeliness concerns. Also, while I was a PCS I help lead the Compliance team until management opened a full time position in which I was selected.

Operated production machinery to accomplish required tasks of processing statements for Citi Cards customers. Set up, operate and troubleshoot all department machinery. ·Replace machine consumables. Train newly hired employees. Complete production logs and reconcile production data. Interface with vendor field engineers.

Demonstrated the ability to supervise over 20 people in a tactical environment. The ability to track multiple inbound and outbound aircraft on a link 16 system. Managed mass amounts of critical information within a battle group to provided critical decision-making skills under enormous amounts of pressure. Demonstrated the ability to keep accurate analysis, forecasting and project management documents.
