• I have been in sales management for over 10 years with, and during those years I have met some of the most interesting people in the USA. • I have handled customer situations/escalations most people would run terrified from with an open mind and heart. I was able to get acceptable results for the customers against all odds, while letting them know I am there to help them. • I have learned over the years that every situation has a solution when it comes to sales and managing, but most of the time compassion and compromise are required. • Having a heart and being compassionate sets me aside from your typical manager. • I am the manager who is going to take the time to help out people, coach effectively, take on a challenge, lead by example, and create a plan for everyone to be successful. • I am not afraid to fail, because failing eventually leads to success. I believe that with the right motivation and plan anything is possible.
