- Shipping and Receiving orders that need processed and ensuring that everything is accurate i.e. Amount of flyer inserts needed for the daily newspaper.-- Responsible for organizing various inserts that fly off the press machine which varies on whatever shift and time I'm working that day- Work in a fast paced environment and have very little room for error as a strict time table is demanded each employee. - In addition to flying , strapping and shipping out each order, Kitchener, Cambridge, Hamilton and Fergus no longer are operating and have closed down business, Guelph has taken over the responsibility of printing, stacking, strapping and shipping out all of the above mentioned Daily News.

Cellular Sales Consultant- My Responsibilities as a Sales Consultant at Future Shop factored mostly on educating customers on which cell phone company was the best deal for what they required for both their personal and professional life. The benefit of working for a company that provided service for all the big companies and beginner companies is that you're able to give an honest non biased comparison on each and every cell phone company provided in Ontario. When you work for Rogers you're gonna push Rogers service swearing up and down that its the best, same as Bell same as Fido, Virgin, Koodo, Telus and now Wind Mobile. Having all the providers under one roof enables an honest deal for your customers because you have every option at your disposal.

I promoted and sold cellular devices on the Virgin mobile network. This involved professional and quality experience with customers along with a diligent effort in product knowledge. My other responsibilities included opening and closing the kiosk, inventory accountability, keeping confidential information required to be approved for a cell phone plan in a safe place and keeping a non stop lookout for any and all fraudulent activity attempted by both customers and other employees.

While working for Rogers my responsibilities were those of the same as Virgin Mobile, Bell Canada, Future Shop and Glentel Wirelesswave. All positions where I was either a Sales Associate or Communications Consultant were customer service and sales positions where I promoted sold and provided service in cellular technology.

Kicking ass, working hard, making big money, ensuring customer satisfaction and having fun. Glentel is the best cellular provider in Canada and the best Job I had.

This was my first job and entry into the professional sales world. I was 16 years old and I was in charge of making sure that everything went smoothly for whats supposed to be the most important day of soon too be married couples. Again it was a sales job which I am a professional at and this was where it all started.
