Mr. McAuliffe was a member of the core team that significantly reduced SG&A throughout company.

Elected prosecutor and chief law enforcement official for Fifteenth Judicial Circuit (Palm Beach County with population of over 1.3 million). Responsible for leading, managing and supervising over 120 attorneys and 200 support staff across five offices. The State Attorney's Office is one of the 40 largest prosecutor offices in the nation with over 100,000 total criminal matters handled per year. Responsible for creation of public corruption unit, sexual predator/special victims unit (SVU), gang unit and prescription drug trafficking unit. Developed and implemented a significant reorganization of the office and increased prosecutors in courtrooms by 25% during time that the office's legislatively appropriated budget was reduced by almost 15%. Developed and implemented numerous management initiatives including written performance, recruitment, development and retention plans to improve efficiency and performance. Notable cases during tenure include one of the nation’s first successful prosecutions of a pain clinic owner and manager for murder and drug trafficking regarding the overdose death of a patient. Office also successfully prosecuted county commissioner and other officials on public corruption charges and numerous significant RICO based gang and violent crime cases. Personally tried and successfully prosecuted one of South Florida’s notorious gang members in an infamous case known as the “Dunkin Donuts” robbery/attempted murder case resulting in the defendant receiving nine consecutive life sentences. Also, led office's efforts in the successful prosecution of defendant Paul Michael Merhige in the Thanksgiving Day massacre case in Jupiter, Florida.
