As a Structural Analysis Engineer, it was my responsibility to analyze metal and aircraft structural components for static, fatigue, and damage tolerance considerations. This was both for designing new structure for derivative design changes to fulfill new mission parameters as well as to help substantiate possible issues of non-conformance or anomalies occurring in the manufacturing process of the aircraft.
