Providing architectural guidance and oversight to an engineering group consisting of ~30 engineers. Currently leading a group of senior engineers with the mandate of increasing operational scale where we have enabled core systems to support upwards of $95MM of account onboardings per month (roughly 10x increase in revenue).Typical responsibilities include mentoring Engineers, leading formalized code reviews, estimation and sizing of units of work.Involved in transformation of a legacy platform, with limited scaling capabilities to a platform consisting of containerized components with traffic management. As part of the above project one of the key deliverables was a migration from a traditional VM based SQL Server backend, to an Azure SQL Server leveraging a HyperScale service tier to provide vertical scaling capabilities.

Responsible for architectural governance and oversight of Small Business Banking Credit and Auto Finance portfolio's. Provided high level designs for systems within the portfolio along with the authoring and maintenance of key architectural artifacts including Architectural Blueprints and System Design Specifications.
