The more we can learn about the needs of the individual player and help them advance athletically, emotionally and intellectually, the better men we are helping to shape for society. I bring a unique skill set to baseball, with a background in player evaluation and passion for player advancement, I can bring a new variable to an organization. Off the field, I have experience helping to manage a 23 million dollar business and the day the day operations of over 85 staff members. I am adept at budgets, cost analysis, payroll, customer service, software integration and training, project management and finance. The greatest trait I can bring to any organization is a humble willingness to learn. To learn your unique processes, goals and hierarchy, and steadfastly work to integrate myself in a positive manner.
