-Develop the District Annual, Monthly and Quarterly Training Plans ensuring that all pertinent information centered around obtaining new qualified enlistments.-Conduct the required annual and monthly Systematic Inspections by ensuring adherence to recruiting procedural directives. Recognize and fulfill Training and Assistance visits located over 13 states in the Central Appalachian Mountain Region in the United States.-Manage the District's Professional Career Staff (Middle Management) program. -Oversee the development and execution of Training Conferences for Executives and Middle Management -Monitor the training sessions by observing, coaching and assisting middle Management and others enhance their developmental skills. -Ensure Marines maintain Marine Corps standards in terms of integrity, personal physical fitness, personal appearance.-Co-ordinate assignment of students to formal schools.Co-ordinate, engage and assist with the District Public Affairs Department planning, and executing of accurate publications. Also ensuring that the Public Affairs personnel are visiting with recruiters at high schools, colleges, radio stations, television stations and other social media sites.-Ensure that the training curriculum is current and relevant by strategically teaching various techniques in recruiting such as; product knowledge, Professional Sales Skills, area canvassing techniques, and telephone techniques to hundreds of recruiters annually. -Keep the District Commander informed on the Districts training posture weekly.-
