I have been with the company for over thirteen years, starting as a Technical Support Lead Tier 3, where I managed a team of engineers and resolved complex issues for our clients. I have extensive expertise in cloud email security, content filtering, zero trust, application security and firewalls. I use these skills to provide technical guidance, demonstrations, and training to our sales team and prospects, and to design and implement customized solutions that meet their needs and expectations. I also collaborate with our product management, engineering, and customer success team to provide feedback and insights from the field, and to support new product launches and campaigns. I am driven by the mission of protecting our customers from cyber threats and enabling them to achieve their business goals.
