Responsible for responding to and resolving customer issues by phone and email. This required extensive knowledge of the various learning tools that Cambium Learning provides to schools across the world. I enjoyed the opportunity to speak and help teachers on a daily basis. My past work also made it very easy to understand and enforce the rules and standards regarding private and public information when it comes to students records or other information.

In this role I was responsible for Hiring and maintaining up to 50 employees for several facilities. My duties including visiting the locations weekly or by weekly and keeping a close relationship with supervisors and employees so as to properly address and handle any issues. This included troubleshooting and resolving any issues with onsite timeclocks, user login issues, and personally providing Safety training to each location's individual standard and preference. Data entry was a major part of this task to maintain an updated network between our many overlapping branch areas of recruitment and service.

This job was very rewarding for me. I enjoy making people happy and having a role in their positive experiences. I also found that my ability to think on my feet and keep cool in an unexpected scenario allowed me to be well equipped for the lead role that I was placed in.
