Responsible for:- Sending articles to The Beta Theta Pi magazine, along with photographs when appropriate.- Serving as a member of the Executive Committee.- Submitting all pledging and initiation notices to the General Fraternity as per the Code of Beta Theta Pi.- Recording the minutes of regular and special chapter meetings and entering the minutes in the official minute book of the chapter- Recording attendance of active members at all events- Relaying information about leadership opportunities- Compiling the chapter calendar of all the events for the year and updating the chapter on upcoming events- Maintaining a list of phone numbers and e-mails for the entire active chapter

Responsible for:- Calling the chapter meeting to order- Maintaining order while the chapter meeting is in progress

Responsible for:- Managing the recruitment budget and aiding in the planning of the full budget for the organization.- Planning an event calendar for recruitment seasons- Organizing events for 20+ people- Leading the Recruitment Committee- Sitting on the Executive Board- Attending leadership events such as Keystone Conference and General Convention- Contacting potential new members

Responsible for:- Maintaining back shop- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment as per company requirements- Performing retail floor maintenance- Other duties as required

Responsible for:- Reviewing and assembling customer orders- Providing customer service- Restocking inventory- Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles- Moving and organizing supplies
