Establishes, revises, or reviews policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organization design for the staff, as necessary to eliminate work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment, promote team building, implement qualityimprovements, or in response to concerns with regulatory compliance and/or customer requirements. Plans and schedules work in a manner that promotes a smooth flow and even distribution. Coordinates plans and schedules with other organization managers and customers as appropriate. A part of architect review board, evaluated capability/quality of 15 firms and locked down 5-year, $6.4 million design contract. Leads 18 personnel, oversees 21 projects worth $41 million to enables training mission covering 5,600 thousand acres, 808 facilities and $1 billion in assets.
