• Worked on the companies design system, built custom software for sharing assets across Figma, iOS, and the web code base.

• Co-founded a company focused on building apps for the creative community and providing animation production services.
• Managed various aspects of the business and the team which included a brand designer, animator, sound designer, & intern.
• Created Skwiz, an iOS app where multiple people take turns creating a single drawing – without knowing what the others have contributed – until the reveal at the end!
• Handled all front-end and back-end work. Wrote the app using Swift (UIKit, CloudKit, AVKit, StoreKit, and Messages frameworks), distributed the app via App Store Connect.
• Led UI/UX design. Made Figma prototypes, wireframes, mockups, and component libraries to plan new features and optimize user flow and information architecture.
• Built collaborative drawing features that let players draw with people online, on device, or over iMessage and then share those drawings.

• Built a plugin that overrides layers in our design files with data pulled directly from the Amazon Books API
• Created a second Sketch plugin that automatically reviews design files/ mock-ups and flags any stylistic errors. Reducing the time spent in design reviews.
• Established a new design library and refined the design direction of a complete rebrand of one Amazon’s subsidiaries.
• Worked with other designers to adjust their mock-ups and workflows to fit the direction of the new brand identity.

San Francisco Bay Area

• Created, implemented, and maintained Mozilla’s design system which was used by multiple teams and outside agencies.
• Managed assets, Sketch libraries, and Abstract projects; built a Sketch plugin; and trained designers/developers on these tools.
• Worked on color palettes, type-scales, illustrations, icons, and other design elements for the Firefox rebrand.
• Presented our design system work and accessibility efforts at SF Design Week and Mozilla’s Annual All Hands.
