I am the Financial Advisor of The Co-operators Pond Mills office. I have been in this sales role with The Co-operators for 3 years now, but I have been with the company for over 7 years. I started in the accounting departing as a Financial Analyst which provided me with an in-depth overview of the insurance business and the financial operations of The Co-operators. During my years in the Finance department I successfully obtained my Certified Management Accountant degree, which has provided me with the skills to perform in-depth business analysis and provide solutions to meet business needs. From Finance, I transferred into the Property Claims department, which gave me an opportunity to learn another discipline of the insurance business. In this position I was able to help clients through a difficult time of submitting a claim. I believe Claims service is one of the most important aspects of the insurance business, as this is the service that you are paying for every year. The knowledge I obtained in claims is a huge benefit in my new position as I can transfer this knowledge to my clients and help guide them through the claims process.Currently as a Financial Advisor with the Co-operators I can offer clients a variety of products to help with their financial security and peace of mind. I specialize in Personal Lines Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Disability and Wealth Products such as TFSA and RRSPs. Being able to provide a wide variety of products gives my clients a one stop shop for all of their insurance and financial needs and allows them to take advantage of multi-product discounts. I have two associates in my office that specialize in Home, Auto and Commercial Insurance and provide the highest level of customer service. At our office we understand that each family/individual is different and we take the time to understand our client(s) needs and recommend only the products that suits their need and budget.
