I am a graduate at Western Carolina University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship with a concentration in Parks and Recreation Management. The program has provided intensive training toward developing a business plan, gathering resources, managing a team, strategic planning, marketing, innovation and how to run a small business. Further, the program allows students to develop disciplines specific to their own interests. I chose Parks and Recreation for the purpose of having my own outdoors store in the future. I have been involved in several on campus organizations and have served in several leadership positions. I am interested in Outdoor Businesses/Organizations, Public Relations, Sales and Marketing, and Management.After gaining some experience I decided to further my education. I was accepted at Appalachian State University Business School to obtain my Masters. Classes started mid August of 2016 and I finished my degree in August 2018.
