• Analysis critical analytical data to ensure focus center is properly achieved by using SQL Pathfinder scripts/macros; to acquire analytical & CDSEM data to check for proper dose setting
• Adjust equipment recipes to meet focus center analytical SPC points or recalibrate the etch rate recipe.
• Perform data entry and basic mathematical calculations using tools such as complex macros to ensure rate remained below 1 nanometer.Epitaxial/RTA/UFR & Planar Polishing Equipment Technician
• Performs all daily/Bi-Daily, quarterly, semi/annual PM’s, troubleshoots digital/analog systems to PCB board levels: Robot - removal/installation and teaching; some knowledge of PLC programming.
