Lithography Process Engineer ng & Equipment Tech● Analysis critical analytical data to ensure focus center is properly achieved by using SQL Pathfinder scripts/macros; to acquire analytical & CDSEM data to check for proper dose setting ● Adjust equipment recipes to meet focus center analytical SPC points or recalibrate the etch rate recipe.● Perform data entry and basic mathematical calculations using tools such as complex macros to ensure rate remained below 1 nanometer.Epitaxial/RTA/UFR & Planar Polishing Equipment Technician● Performs all daily/Bi-Daily, quarterly, semi/annual PM’s, troubleshoots digital/analog systems to PCB board levels: Robot - removal/installation and teaching; some knowledge of PLC programming.● Reading/Interpret blueprints, schematics, MSDS. OSHA Regulations and Mil Specs.● Experienced with test equipment, oscilloscopes, logic probes, Helium leak checkers.● Extremely familiar with HAZMAT, OSHA, MSDS and EPA Regulations & Procedures
