CBP and/or CCP designation15+ years progressively responsible experience in global HR or business including 20 years of management experience.Experience in the design and implementation of complex compensation and benefits programs (e.g., domestic and international compliance), to support problem solving, process improvement and change management.Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, GDPR and emerging global regulatory issues.Strong written and oral communication skills.Maintains compliance with federal, mulit-state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.Oversee management of Human Resource functions, which includes Employee Relations, Benefits, FMLA, LOA, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, policy and procedure administration within the manufacturing facility.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Identify potential areas of HR compliance vulnerability and risk and proposing, implementing and providing oversight for all remediation efforts.Familiar with DOT Compliance and Regulations.Familiar with Environmental and Industrial response as it pertains to HR practices.Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.Provides HR support and guidance to employees and management in the resolution of employee relations issues.
