Prior to my promotion to head of sales & franchise manager, at Communications Plus - O2 Telefonica, I worked as the Regional Sales Manager. I primarily worked with our mobile communications services. During this time frame Communications Plus - O2 Telefonica grew rapidly and increased from 3 to 16 stores. Since opening our first O2 franchise store in 2006 we have continually re-invested in O2; taking every opportunity to grow our business and continuously promote O2. Especially the O2 B2B - O2 B2C & mobile communication services we provide. In 2010 I received the award Franchise Manager of the year. I’ve also won numerous incentives set by the O2 franchise development managers at Communications Plus - O2 Telefonica. In 2012 Communications Plus - O2 Telefonica opened 6 new stores which took us to 10. I then took charge of 3 external sales team and a dedicated field out of store events team. Additionally, this progressed me to receive a promotion as head of sales, a position I still uphold.Being promoted to the head of sales & franchise manager provided me with new roles & responsibilities. Whilst continuing to carry out previous tasks I’m currently involved in significant business decisions which enable me to:- Work closely with the franchisee- Work closely with the executives of the O2 franchise- Produce sales/store reports i.e. daily, weekly, quarterly & annually- In store selling O2 B2B - O2 B2C & mobile communication products.Our O2 franchises are continually winning manufacturers incentives and prizes. During my first 12 months at Communications Plus - O2 Telefonica I worked closely with the higher management of the O2 franchise.Since this time I’ve received a number of promotions and moved upwards towards management at Communications Plus - O2 Telefonica. From there I have become an integral part in opening 9 stores. To this present day I promote the O2 name in 16 O2 franchise stores across the UK as a head of sales & franchise manager. My role as branch manager was more store based however. I still possess similar duties to that of my current role as head of sales & franchise manager at Communications Plus - O2 Telefonica as it is really important to be in touch with the ‘shop floor’ running of the business.
