•Key member of the Senior Leadership Team •Develop company product roadmap that encapsulates the requirements of customers and business.• Performed a key role in driving readiness & launch of the MiFinity payment app•Drive product development priorities across cross functional teams (Java Developers; Flutter / Angular Developers; QA; Dev Ops)•Act as principal contact for overseeing alignment of resources to meet product development initiatives.• Project management of key development priorities which typically arise from BRD initiatives.• Project Management of deliverables in line with milestones.• Identifying risks and communicating regular progress on all projects to key stakeholders.• Monitor project progress and escalate to drive corrective actions where needed.• Managing, supporting and motivating project resources across the various internal teams.• Proactively call on support, guidance and direction from stakeholders if and when required during projects.• Ensuring projects run on time and within budget. Review project invoices and escalate any additional new unexpected costs.•Use agile methodology, tools and applications to manage development objectives through to completion and delivery•Manage and own product backlog •Be a primary interface for key stakeholders across the business on all aspects of product development (Marketing, Business Development, Fraud, Compliance, Finance, IT, QA)•Promote product awareness and educate internal cross functional teams on all key features and functionality of the MiFinity product suite•Foster and encourage an innovative environment which drives idea creation and increased product value•Prioritize development goals in line with company strategy and vision•Translate and breakdown complex BRDs into product backlog e.g. Jiras and epics.•Provide input and guidance to Developers and QA teams on any queries throughout the sprint cycle.• Provide product overview and update at quarterly board meeting.
