Responsible for overall value delivered by Infrastructure and Security products, including: ERP & Databases, Integration Services, Custom Application Development and Analytics & Data Management. Accountable for the strategy, roadmap and budget for the products with a focus on driving operational efficiency and maximum value back to the business. Executed successfully by working across customers, stakeholders and delivery teams to understand business processes and associated requirements for each product and connecting back to tactical efforts. Prioritized all work created by or coming into teams, deconstructing large efforts into planable and workable items. Includes all types of work items, including: new project work, ongoing lifecycle management, minor enhancements, as well as day-to-day support.• Led the effort to onboard Oracle Cloud applications (ERP, GTM, EPM) • Negotiated the purchase of new cloud-based integration platform (Oracle’s SOA CS) • Introduced new technologies into the Custom Application Development platform including enterprise search, enterprise caching and open-source RDBMS.

Responsible for core transactional compute and virtualization platforms at global datacenters. Included architecting, engineering and 7/24 operational support for 5,000+ servers. Also responsible for automation, capacity management, forecasting, product lifecycle management, disaster recovery, and remote support of contracted datacenters. Managed the team that provided the service management SaaS application (ServiceNow) for EHI. Focused on employee development and improving the physical working environment. Selected by IBM to be a member of the IBM Power Executive Advisory Board. Internal staff of 70+, contract staff of 25+, and budget of $50MM+.

Responsible for aligning technology-related business decisions with IT’s strategic goals. Also included facilitating architectural planning, design and feedback sessions with Architects and Engineers across IT to promote innovation and creativity through collaboration and communication. Also responsible for the development of SharePoint sites to act as a clearinghouse and central repository for technology decisions, standards and engineering/architectural research.
